Why now is the perfect time to invest

There has been an increase of operational resilience regulations around the world and The BCI Operational Resilience Report 2024 found that support from senior management for operational resilience programmes is high, with data pointing to an increase in roles such as Chief Resilience Officer or Head of Resilience to manage the implementation of a resilience programme, as well as providing a voice directly to board level. Given that top management have an increasing interest in operational resilience, this is the perfect time to enhance your knowledge, expand your personal professional development, and boost your organization’s resilience in the face of adversity.

Ratna Pawan MBCI, vice leader of the Operational Resilience Special Interest Group said:

"Every business continuity professional has been waiting for a globally recognised certification program on Operational Resilience (OpRes), especially since many professionals are already involved in implementing or working on it in their respective organizations. This course by The BCI has not just come at the perfect time, but it’s also industry agnostic and has achieved a succinct, one-day delivery programme that encompasses the complete suite of all OpRes basic knowledge and information to get the continuity professional started in their 'Resilience' journey.
