New committee members for Women in Resilience (WiR)
The BCI Women in Resilience (WiR) Group are pleased to announce the addition of two new Committee Members, Baljeet Kaur CBCI and Krysta Broughton-Munford MSc CBCI, following a selection process.

Baljeet Kaur CBCI
Baljeet Kaur CBCI is a budding resilience professional, currently working as a Business Continuity (BC) Analyst at Arm. While studying Risk and Disaster Reduction at University College London in 2022, she was introduced to the world of BC. Since then, it has been her goal to contribute to the industry in a positive and impactful way. Baljeet wishes to make the field more diverse, inclusive, and encourage organizations to bring resilience to the forefront of strategic decision making.
When not working or reading, Baljeet loves to go for long walks, grab a coffee, and listen to music.
Krysta Broughton-Munford MSc CBCI
Krysta is an avid promoter of women in business, resilience expert, blogger, and devoted mother to her three children.
Krysta currently works in the Bupa Group, assisting and advising the businesses’ functional leaders in all aspects of resilience. She is a governance and risk expert, with a special interest in clinical and health and safety. Having spent more than 13 years in the international healthcare industry, Krysta is passionate and energised about supporting businesses improve their resilience capabilities, in pursuit of the best possible outcomes for customers.
Krysta also holds an Undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and a Masters in Business Management. She has recently been accredited with a CBCI qualification and NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
Krysta is an active blogger on LinkedIn and author of the #bitchesintheboardroom article series, which is an honest, self-deprecating, reflective account detailing the highs and lows of being a hard-working woman in business.
