Managing critical incidents workshop
On May 15, the BCI Swiss Chapter held a joint workshop with International SOS as part of the Risk-in conference in Basel.
The "Managing critical incidents" workshop was led by Gautier Porot and Anthony Renshaw (International SOS) and Susie Ansary-Smith and Roberto Grosso Ciponte (BCI). It was a highly intense hybrid simulation exercise including elements of travel security, medical assistance, emergency & crisis management and business continuity.
It was an excellent learning experience for us all!
